ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY Effective Date: 13 November 2024 1. Purpose This Online Appointment Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Broadcast East clients can book appointments through our website BroadcastEast.com (the "Website"). By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by this policy. 2. Booking Process a. Appointments can be booked through our online booking system available on the Website. b. Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. c. A confirmation email will be sent to the client upon successful booking of the appointment. 3. Appointment Availability a. Appointment availability is subject to change and may vary based on the service provider's schedule. b. We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly via email. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling a. Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours] notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments this gives us time to cancel production teams and the use of any third party facilities e.g. studios or virtual studios. b. Cancellations made with less than the required notice may incur a fee if costs are incurred by Broadcast East c. Rescheduling can be done directly through the booking system or by contacting us at studio@broadcast-east.com
5. No-Show Policy a. If a client fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." b. After three no-shows, we reserve the right to require a deposit for future bookings. 6. Confidentiality a. All personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. b. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 7. Modifications to This Policy We reserve the right to modify this Online Appointment Booking Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
