BROADCAST EAST STANDARD FREE-TO-AIR RADIO PROGRAMME AGREEMENT
BETWEEN: 1. Broadcast East of Baranco Hondo, La Nucia, Alicante Spain 03530 (Hereinafter referred to as "Broadcast East") AND 2. The Radio Station broadcasting the Free to Air Show (Hereinafter referred to as "the Radio Station") This Agreement covers all Broadcast East Free to Air Programmes and is effective from 13th November 2023. By broadcasting any of the Programmes listed in Schedule A - The Radio Station is deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions. WHEREAS: The Radio Station operates a radio service and desires to broadcast certain programmes provided by Broadcast East, and Broadcast East is willing to offer such programmes under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: 1. Programme Description Broadcast East shall supply the Programmes described in Schedule A for broadcast by the Broadcaster.(Hereinafter referred to as “the Programmes”) 2. Broadcast Schedule The programmes shall be aired on Sundays or a date agreed in writing starting from 13th November 2024. The schedule may be amended upon mutual agreement of both parties. 3. Duration of Agreement This Agreement shall commence on 13th November 2024 and shall continue until 31st December 2025 unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement. 4. Content Ownership Broadcast East retains all rights to the content of the programmes. The Radio Station shall not claim ownership of any material supplied by Broadcast East 5. Compliance with Laws Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and broadcasting standards. Broadcast East is responsible for ensuring that the content of the programmes does not violate any laws or regulations. 6. Promotion and Marketing The Radio Station agrees to promote Broadcast East’s programmes through their channels as mutually agreed. 7. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 14 days written notice to the other party. Grounds for immediate termination include breach of any terms in this Agreement. 8. Indemnification The Radio Station agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Broadcast East r from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from the broadcast of Broadcast East content. 9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales Schedule A
